Notice: Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They set out the terms under which the Services operated by Inner Glo (the website, together with the content, search facilities, directory services, e-mail, discussion forums, online networking and other services provided by Inner Glo from time to time and to which additional terms and conditions may apply) are made available to you. These Terms and Conditions apply to Members, Subscribers to any Services provided by Inner Glo and to visitors to any Inner Glo service. By accessing any of the Services whether as a Member, a Subscriber or a visitor you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions of Service the following definitions will be used, which when written with a capital letter shall have the meanings described below:
1.1. Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Inner Glo. Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain services.
1.2. Inner Glo is a UK partnership based at 6 Albert Hill Street, Didsbury, Greater Manchester, M20 6RF.
1.3. www.innerglo.co.uk: The internet site www.innerglo.co.uk operated by Inner Glo through which Users can register to become Members.
1.4. User: Any natural person or legal entity who registers to become a Member or enters into a Subscription or is a Visitor to any Service.
1.5. User Name: The User's identification code (The users email address is used at their identification code).
1.6. User Password: The private key composed of letters and numbers by the User and required for access to certain Services or parts thereof.
1.7. Service(s): Any and all services provided by Inner Glo including but not limited to the web sites, portals together with the content, search facilities, directory services, the possibility of sending and receiving e-mail via an e-mail address, forums, private messaging, blogs, the provision of directory services and Web Sites for Users and other services provided by Inner Glo from time to time.
1.8. Privacy Policy: The policy of Inner Glo with respect to privacy of User information.
1.9. Third Party: A party other than Inner Glo or the User.
1.10. Member: An individual User who has registered to become a member of the Inner Glo community via www.innerglo.co.uk
1.11 Subscriber: A User who has subscribed to any service through www.innerglo.co.uk
2. User Privacy
2.1. We take your privacy seriously. Please view our comprehensive privacy policy.
2.2. We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force.
2.3. If you are a Member you agree that Inner Glo may use the personal information provided by you in accordance with the notification given to you on the membership registration form. Such use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our use is subject to any limitations you selected or choices you made on the registration form where applicable.
2.4. If you are a Subscriber you agree that Inner Glo may use the User information provided by you in accordance with the notification given to you on the Subscription form. Such use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our use is subject to any limitations you selected or choices you made on the registration form where applicable.
2.5. User’s may opt-in for Inner Glo to contact them by e-mail in order to keep them informed about relevant Services. A subscriber can opt-in or out at any time.
2.6. If you are a visitor our use of your personal information will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.7. If you enter into transactions with or provide information to Third Parties providing content or services to any Service, you will be subject to their privacy policies which we recommend you read.
3. Cancellation and Termination
3a. Subject to the provisions of clause3.b below you may cancel this Agreement by notice in writing to us within seven (7) days of the date of our written acceptance of membership (“the Cooling-Off Period”). If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period we will repay to you all fees received by us from you.
3b. Where you attend Inner Glo events or receive Inner Glo membership services, you agree to the services commencing immediately upon issue of our acceptance of membership or the commencement of the services/events (whichever is sooner). You acknowledge that this may be prior to the end of the Cooling-Off Period, and you agree that thereafter you will not have the right to cancel any services under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise.
3c. Save as otherwise provided at clauses 3.a and 3.b above, you may only terminate this Agreement after twelve (12) months from commencement of this membership agreement whether you are paying monthly or annually. Membership will continue on a rolling basis and membership fees collected on the monthly or annual dates detailed in the Direct Debit form until and unless you terminate your membership agreement with us upon notice after twelve (12) months or if it is terminated otherwise in accordance with this clause 3. Thirty (30) days written notice of termination is required.
3d. We may terminate this agreement immediately if we are of the opinion that your conduct is abusive, offensive, against the interests of other members or if you have not paid your membership fees as agreed. In the event we terminate your membership for in accordance with the provisions of this clause 3.e you agree that any membership fees due will be immediately payable and you acknowledge that any membership fees paid in advance shall not be refunded.
3e. In the event that Inner Glo closes we will terminate this agreement with one month’s notice and provide a pro rata refund for any monies pre-paid as soon as reasonably practicable.
4. Inner Glo Obligations to Members, Subscribers and Visitors
4.1. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Services in an accessible and satisfactory operating condition.
4.2. There can however be no guarantee that the Services will always be accessible and in satisfactory operating condition and therefore we cannot and do not accept any responsibility for interruptions or failures to any Service or for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising directly or indirectly from any User's use of or inability to access or use any Service.
5. User Responsibility for Content and Conduct
5.1. Users are responsible for any content that they post or transmit on or through any Service.
5.2. Users are not permitted to use any Service to distribute, link to, or solicit content that:
5.2.1. is unlawful, harmful to minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, gratuitously violent, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive;
5.2.2. includes personally identifiable information about children;
5.2.3. infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights;
5.2.4. advocates or solicits violence or other criminal conduct;
5.2.5. violates any law, regulation or contract;
5.2.6. promotes participation in multi-level or pyramid marketing initiatives;
5.2.7. constitutes a raffle, sweepstake, lottery or any other form of gambling;
5.2.8. specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, pornography, investment services or solicitation for investment, or any other product or service that is illegal in the United Kingdom or the domicile or residency of either the distributor or recipient;
5.2.9. constitutes unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, junk or bulk e-mail, chain letters or any other unsolicited commercial communication.
5.2.10. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
5.3. Users will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding on-line conduct and content.
5.4. Users will not use any Service to collect, store or use information about others for the purpose of sending unsolicited or unauthorised communications.
5.5. Except as specifically authorised by Inner Glo (via license or otherwise), Users will not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of any Service.
5.6. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under any User Name and/or User Password and are required to keep their User Name and User Password confidential.
5.6.1. User Name and User Password are not transferable and may only be used by the party to whom they were originally issued.
5.6.2. Users must notify Inner Glo immediately of any unauthorised use of their User Name and or User Password or any account associated with the same or any other breach of security.
5.6.3. Users will not disrupt the functioning of any Service, solicit another's User Name or User Password, or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other User's use of any Service.
5.6.4. Users may not post or distribute any computer programme that damages, detrimentally interferes with, surreptitiously intercepts, or expropriates any system, data or personal information about any User.
5.7. Users are required to provide accurate and current information on all registration and or subscription forms for any Service.
5.7.1. Users will not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity or misrepresent the origin of any content distributed through any Service.
5.8. If Users post content in areas of any Service, including websites, they are giving Inner Glo the world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, transmit, modify, adapt, frame, brand, co-brand, and publish such content in any media now known or developed in the future, including the right to make the content available to the general public. If Users submit summary files or other materials to any Service or to Inner Glo, they license Inner Glo to publish, display, distribute, frame and link to that content via any means Inner Glo chooses, and they warrant that they have all rights necessary to authorise the distribution and re-distribution of that content. Users will provide information that Inner Glo reasonably requests relating to any claim that their content infringes the rights of a Third Party.
6.9 If you register to participate in the Inner Glo Network you will be added to a searchable directory of Inner Glo members. As a member you will be able to search and browse for other members and they will be able to find you in the same way. You may opt in / opt out of private messaging and from publishing your contact details.
If you choose to contact an Inner Glo member using private messaging, your email message will be sent confidentially to the user's personal email address and your own personal email address will be revealed to that user. By registering to participate in the private messaging you agree to your data being disclosed in this way.
6.10. The opinions and views expressed by other Users of any Service or content providers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Inner Glo. Users waive any claim resulting from their exposure to material on any Service that is offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
6.11. Users agree to indemnify Inner Glo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, relating to content Inner Glo distributes via any Service or their use of, or conduct on, any Service.
7. Services
7.1. All Services are provided by Inner Glo without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated.
7.2. Inner Glo may edit, move or delete any content on any Service, including content or communications provided by Users, for any reason. Inner Glo may disclose content or user information if required to do so by law or in good faith believe that doing so is necessary to:
7.2.1. Comply with legal process.
7.2.2. Enforce these Terms and Conditions.
7.2.3. Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of Third Parties.
7.2.4. Protect the rights, property or personal safety of Inner Glo, its Sponsors and accredited third parties, Users, or the public
7.2.5. Administer any Service.
7.3. Inner Glo does not routinely pre-screen, monitor or edit content provided by Users or Third Parties. Inner Glo is not responsible for any failure to remove or for any delay in removing harmful, inaccurate, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content originating with or otherwise provided by Users or Third Parties.
7.4. Users with an interest in promotions, services or merchants found on or via any Service are dealing solely with the User and the Third Party, unless expressly stated to the contrary by Inner Glo. Inner Glo will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages that may arise from any such dealings.
7.5. Inner Glo may provide or merchants and content providers found on or via any Service or Users may provide, links to other web sites or resources. Inner Glo does not and will not accept any responsibility for these web sites or resources, neither can we be deemed to have endorsed their content, products or services merely because they are accessible via any Service.
7.6. Inner Glo makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided by it within any Service is accurate at the time of its inclusion. However there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions in respect of which Inner Glo excludes all liability. Inner Glo makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the information included on any Service, including links to Third Party or User web sites. Any decision taken by Users based on the information contained on any Service is their sole responsibility.
7.7. Information provided by Inner Glo does not constitute legal or professional advice and should not be relied upon without taking independent advice.
7.8. Inner Glo, its affiliates, information providers and content partners do not provide any warranty as to the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the information contained within any Service.
7.9. Competitions promoted by Inner Glo, may be run by itself or in conjunction with Third Parties. Each competition has its own rules and regulations, which Users agree to be bound by on entering the competition. Unless expressly stated to the contrary, Inner Glo's competitions are only open to residents of the UK over 18 years of age. Inner Glo is not responsible for, and will not be governed by the rules and regulations of any Third Party competitions promoted directly or indirectly via links from any Service.
7.10. Inner Glo owns all intellectual property rights to the content on the Services and its design, structure, and compilation (often known as "look and feel"), except where specifically attributed to Third Parties.
7.10.1. Users may view, copy, download and print documents from Services as long as they use them only for personal non-commercial purposes and do not post, distribute or modify them or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
7.10.2. For permission to use Third Party materials appearing on any Service, please contact the appropriate copyright owner.
7.10.3. If Users believe that their work has been copied and is accessible on any Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact Inner Glo as soon as possible by sending an email to info@innerglo.co.uk
7.11. Inner Glo reserves the right to change venues, dates and timings of events if necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Inner Glo's entire liability to Users in respect of all matters associated with the Services shall be limited as follows:
8.1.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes Inner Glo's liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Inner Glo, its servants or agents.
8.1.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any other liability which is prohibited from being excluded by law.
8.1.3. Except as set out in 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 above Inner Glo accepts no liability for and hereby excludes any liability for any consequential or indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any form of special damages.
8.1.4. Inner Glo's liability for direct loss shall, subject to paragraphs 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 above, be limited to the amount actually paid by the User to Inner Glo and all conditions, warranties or other terms whatsoever inconsistent with the provisions of this sub paragraph are hereby expressly excluded.
8.1.5. In the event that 6.1.3 should prove for any reason ineffective to exclude any liability referred to in that sub paragraph, any such liability shall, subject to 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 above be limited to the amounts actually paid by the User to Inner Glo.
8.1.6. Each of sub paragraphs 6.1.1 to 6.1.5 above shall be a separate and severable limitation and if any one or more of them shall prove for any reason ineffective to exclude any liability referred to in the relevant sub paragraph(s) the remaining sub paragraphs shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Other Conditions
9.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9.2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Any amendments shall be effected by posting the amended Terms and Conditions within the Services. Inner Glo may, but is not obligated to, inform Members and Subscribers of any amendment by e-mail. Inner Glo may also in the same way extend these Terms and Conditions to include other conditions applicable to specific products or services offered by Inner Glo from time to time.
9.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be a contract made in England between the User and Inner Glo and these Terms and Conditions and the User's use of the Services are subject to and shall be construed in accordance with English law.
9.3.1. Interpretations of this agreement and determinations that a User has breached the agreement will be made at Inner Glo's reasonable discretion and based upon facts known to us.
9.4. The failure by Inner Glo to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions will not waive the right of Inner Glo to do so.
10. Intellectual property
The materials on all Inner Glo websites, such as documents, files, text and graphics, are protected by copyright, trade mark laws, design rights, database rights and other intellectual property rights, which are the property of Inner Glo or a third party.
Unless stated otherwise, you may access and download the materials on this website for non-commercial use. When you download materials, you do not obtain any ownership rights to any of the intellectual property in those materials, but you may keep copies of those materials on your computer or in other media. You may also forward complete copies of them to third parties, provided that any such use remains non-commercial.
You may not modify adapt or in any way exploit (whether for commercial gain or otherwise) any content from this website without prior written consent from us, and from any other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property.
11. Disclaimers
The services provided via Inner Glo websites, including all content and information, are provided without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the quality of content and information made available on this website in general terms (other than Unpublished Conversations and Public Conversations provided by Registered Members of the website), neither Inner Glo nor its officers, employees, contractors or content providers assume any responsibility for the accuracy, correctness, relevance, completeness or currency of the information or other content on the website.
Inner Glo does not warrant that any functions contained in the websites will always be available or will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content and materials on this website or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You should take appropriate precautions to ensure that any content you download is free of such viruses and other harmful content.
We do not represent that the content or other information provided on the website (including any advertising, promotion or any service) is appropriate, relevant or available for use outside the UK. We may suspend or stop the website operating at any time.

Registration
When you become a member of Inner Glo you are required to provide certain personal information, denoted by an asterisk on the registration form. You may also choose to provide additional information about yourself. Register online to become a member of Inner Glo.
If you do not wish to become a member of Inner Glo you may still receive emailed newsletters by registering just your email address to become a guest member of Inner Glo. (You will not be entitled to the full complement of Inner Glo member benefits as a guest member). Your email address will only be used by Inner Glo for the purpose submitted.
If Inner Glo needs to contact you, this will be by email. If this is unsuccessful, we will try by phone or mail.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, information which relates to an individual’s political opinions, racial or ethnic origins, mental or physical health, sexual life, religious persuasion, trade union affiliation or criminal records are defined as 'sensitive personal data'.
